About Sean:

With 20 years of experience in the helping professions, Sean brings a blend of academic depth, body-based wisdom, and relational safety to his work with clients. He has served in clinical research settings at Emory School of Medicine’s Grady Trauma Project, and he also has a background as a personal trainer and coach.

Sean’s approach is direct, thoughtful, and strength-oriented—especially supportive for neurodivergent clients and those navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, or performance pressure. His style integrates movement, structure, and somatic awareness with traditional therapeutic insight.

Outside of sessions, you might find Sean exploring outdoor adventures, training for a Strongman competition, or chasing after his young son.
